As February hits many people are falling back into old habits after making New Year's resolutions to get healthy, work out more, or lose weight.

The difficulty of maintaining a new change in the face of old routines is difficult for almost everyone, and as life settles into the normal rhythms for the year post-holiday chaos, familiar routines are easy to fall back into.

CBS2 has some ideas to help reignite those resolutions, this time with a little help.

TruHit Fitness in Boise and Star are doing a weight loss challenge beginning February 18th. The challenge will run for 6 weeks and includes all access to the various classes, trainers, and even includes a meal and dietary plan to help along the way.

The classes are structured workout plans created by certified trainers with rotating stations and a high-energy feeling. The owner, Ken Fearer, explains that each workout can be adjusted to meet you where you are at now in your fitness journey.
