The Poosh founder shared a photo of herself and her younger sister to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, both showing off their famous figures in black two-piece swimsuits. She also revealed a 10-minute arm workout developed by one of her trainers, Amanda Lee, and published on Poosh to help get guns like the reality star. The Kim and Kourtney Kardashian workout on Poosh starts with 20 push-ups. Lee suggests lying down with face, palms, and toes facing down. "Keeping your legs and back straight, extend your arms straight to push the body up and then lower it back down again." The next exercise on the circuit is 15 overhead tricep extensions. Hold a dumbbell in both hands with feet shoulder width apart. "Slowly use both hands to lift the dumbbell over your head until both arms are fully extended," she instructs. In a video with her close friend, Kourtney Kardashian, Rae revealed her go-to butt-workout. Rae's workout is a three minute circuit, consisting of three exercises, and repeated once. The TikTok star does a circuit of donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and fire hydrant extensions. 

Underwood tells SELF that she has a really unique fitness routine. "I have a game I love for when I'm working out on my own, without a trainer. I take a deck of cards and assign each suit a body area—say, diamonds for arms, hearts for legs, spades for core and clubs for cardio. I split the deck in half and write down exercises for each suit, a different one for each half."

Actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld tells Shape that she sets time aside to workout each day, and that she does a variety of exercises. "I'll still set aside extra time to work out, even if it's just 15 minutes of taking a walk or getting in a little bit of cardio after a day's work. If I'm in the gym I'll switch it up between the elliptical, bike, treadmill, or swimming."

Model Jasmine Tookes tells StyleCaster that she does a combination of weight training and barre workouts. "I do barre classes, I think it's really good and gives you a nice little bum, so I do it twice a week. I also do a lot of weight training filled with squats and lunges and all that fun stuff.

Actress Melissa Roxburgh does a lot of strength training with her trainer, Paolo Mascitti. "We did plenty of squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses," Mascitti tells Shape. Roxburgh's workout also contains T Push Ups, Renegade Rows & Frog Jumps, and Reverse Lunges. 

Black-ish star, Tracee Ellis Ross, revealed that she is doing blood flow restriction during her workouts. Ross posted a video on Instagram of herself doing weight and strength training. 

Actress Camila Mendes is a fan of agility workouts. Mendes posted her workout on her Instagram stories, where she is seen using an agility ring, and does some fast footwork. 

The Captain Marvel star is a fan of using weights. Larson posted this video on Instagram of herself doing Bulgarian split squats with hand weights. 

Olivia Culpo says that she loves exercises where she can just zone out and relax. "I really do like SoulCycle. I just feel like it's an easy meditative way to work out. I can really zone out during that workout," Culpo tells HollywoodLife. "I also like Pilates. I think Pilates is also another almost meditative type of workout. You can just forget everything and go through the motions and breathe."
